Echo & Ember

Echo & Ember by Isabella — a place to learn, create, and explore.
Through videos, photography, and shared adventures, we keep history alive and imagination burning bright.

I’m Isabella — part seamstress, part archer, part wanderer through time.
Every stitch, photo, and adventure is an ember from a story still burning.

Echo & Ember about me: Betsy Ponce Aka: Isabella

I’m Isabella — an artist, maker, and lifelong lover of history when it comes alive.
Since 2004, I’ve been sewing and recreating the clothing of past eras — from the grand courts of Henry VIII with my group Fire Adventures, to the sweeping lines of Victorian gowns. Every stitch feels like a bridge between centuries.

Archery keeps my focus steady; the rapier — though I’m a little rusty these days — reminds me that grace and precision never really fade. Martial arts once taught me how movement becomes art, and I still carry that lesson in the rhythm of a needle or a camera shutter.

I love building things with my hands: weaving, embroidery, photography, and even a bit of ghost hunting — chasing those quiet mysteries that linger in forgotten places.

I used to play in the SCA, where history first felt alive enough to touch, to wear, to breathe in. That spark has never dimmed; it’s just changed shape over time.

Echo & Ember is where all of that comes together — the crafts, the costumes, the adventures, and the stories that remind us the past still has a heartbeat

Cahal Crew Paranormal

Cahal Crew Paranormal was established in 2018 by the Cahal-Martin family. It was then that their spooky adventures began! After their children grew, they lost interest in the ghost hunting side of things but Misty and Maryann continued their journey.
